Hi, I’m a 14-year-old female who has been having the same ‘tics’ (if they even are tics) for a while now. I may be thinking about it too much and it might be in my head but sometimes it’ll feel like before you shiver and then i’ll jerk my chin or “tense my chin” – basically giving me a double chin lol – and sometimes slightly throw my head back and tense my shoulders or push them together.
